Cavewood Productions were given the task of producing a 20 minute DVD to enlighten the public and council staff about a new government initiative allowing people in care a much greater say in how they receive their funding. Along with a shorter version for streaming on the internet, both these versions were subtitled to allow greater accessibility to the hearing impaired.
